Toronto's Gay West Bicycle Club - Now entering it's fourth year in 2006 with 40 registered members. We are the only dedicated gay and lesbian cycling club in Province of Ontario Open to all members of the Gay-Lesbian community and its friends. We promote relationships through the shared interest of bicycling.

The boys start the day at linuxcafe on Harbord Street, before heading over to West Toronto's Alley Jaunt.
Some Members of Toronto's Gay West Bicycle club spent Saturday August 13, 2005 cycling though the Alley Jaunt viewing art exhibits and taking part in a marble tournament in back garage laneways. Later in the day which was a scorching 35C, they went for a refreshing ride though west end of city to High Park and wound-up the day at The Cadilllac Lounge, on Queen St W. Parkdale in the heart of the Queer West Village on back patio for natchos and beer. The Alley Jaunt ( www.alleyjaunt.com ) is on again in 2006 from Saturday, August 12- Sunday, August 13.
Alley Jaunt is Toronto's alternative urban art event. For one summer weekend, the back alley garages surrounding Trinity Bellwoods Park in Gay Toronto's Queen West Village are transformed into art exhibits, installations, performance, and film/video venues. In 2005 the alley jaunt presented over forty local artists and inviting the public to explore their work through the city's less traveled passage ways.
Review- Linuxcaffe, 326 Harbord Street at Grace in west Toronto. 416-534-2116. Opened around June 2005 and owned by David J Patrick. Inside you can start with a hot, dark organic espresso coffee and something from the simple menu, while you plug in your laptop. Linux newbies hang around and guru's visit, consultants pin their cards to the bulletin board and Linux authors make their books available for sale. Inside the front door is a pail of doggy cookies for your pooch, take one, it's free. The quaint summer patio seems to attract young comic book geeks and documentary film artists.
